Raised on a ranch in South Dakota, Jenna learned early how market shifts can change everything when the buffalo market crashed and her family pivoted into real estate. After serving 15 years in the military and working as a contractor overseas, she and her partner, a former electrician, left volatile contract work to build a hands-on flipping business full time. Starting in early 2025, they’ve completed six deals—primarily sourcing properties through foreclosure auctions—handling everything from pricing and design to physical renovations themselves. With experience across flips, small multifamily, and long-term holds within an hour of Oklahoma City, she focuses on brick 3/2 homes in the $250K range and isn’t afraid of full gut rehabs. Known for persistence, practical problem-solving, and learning through action, she’s passionate about showing everyday people that real estate investing is attainable—and can be a powerful path to stability, freedom, and long-term wealth.
