From Vine to Wine: How Wine is Made

For most people, how wine is actually made is a bit of a mystery. In this one, we'll learn the winemaking process, from the vineyard, through the fermentation vessels in the winery, into barrel, and finally into bottle! We’ll also learn what tricks of the trade winemakers employ to achieve varying styles depending on what’s currently en vogue, and taste how winemaking techniques affect the sensory evaluation of wine.
