About this event

What does it take to move from DEI theory to action in our schools? This three-part online workshop is designed to be a brave space where White administrators (i.e. Assistant Heads of School, Division Heads, Deans, DEI Directors) can look at their own identity, their school community, and the values that their schools’ aim to incorporate. Through the workshop, participants will engage with a community of like-minded professionals in open dialog and a supportive environment to help them navigate the DEI landscape (language, topics, difficult conversations…), plan next steps, and implement policy initiatives.

This workshop is for White-indentifying administrators.


Session 1: February 9 from 9am-10:30am

Session 2: March 23 from 9am-10:30am

Session 3: April 20 from 9am-10:30am


This workshop series will be held online via Zoom and may be recorded for CATDC's archives. By registering for this event you are consenting to be recorded and photographed by CATDC.


For our Virtual Ongoing Programs, refunds are available up to 14 days before the first session. Please contact us directly or make the request within Eventbrite.

Registration may be transferred to a different person up to 7 days before the first session. However refunds will not be given, and a session missed for any reason will not be refunded.

Please contact us by email as soon as you know you cannot attend a workshop and cannot transfer registration. This will allow us time to contact our waitlist and hopefully fill your spot.
