From the Front Lines: Montgomery County Early Educator Stories Forum

By Montgomery County Children's Opportunity Alliance

Overview

A forum where ECE educators share stories with County officials to inspire action and advance solutions that strengthen the early childhood

Join us for a powerful gathering that lifts up the voices of Montgomery County’s early childhood educators. This event creates a dedicated space for educators to share their stories, experiences, and insights directly with current County elected officials and leaders. Through authentic dialogue and the power of storytelling, we aim to deepen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the early childhood education (ECE) workforce.

Together, we will highlight the collective recommendations that can strengthen, support, and advance the ECE workforce—and inspire meaningful commitments from leaders to help build a more sustainable and equitable early childhood system in Montgomery County.

Be part of a conversation that drives change, honors educator expertise, and shapes the future of early childhood education in our community.

**Refreshments will be served at this event. Translation services and child care are available free of charge if requested during registration.
