Meet Claire, the workshop facilitator:
As a Korean adoptee, a Jay Shetty certified Empowerment Coach, Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and an Integrated Attachment Theory Coach, i'm deeply passionate about guiding fellow adoptees—especially those with transracial and transnational backgrounds—toward profound healing. I believe we can heal our adoption wounds and learn the art of secure relationships through subconscious reprogramming and nervous system regulation. Having personally navigated the unique journey of adoption, I understand the struggles with fearing abandonment, feelings of unworthiness, feeling unwanted, or unsafe, all while navigating difficult relationships. Transformation and healing happens when we question our stories, learn tools to heal our core wounds, rewrite our narratives, and free ourselves from the pain of insecure relationships. My mission is to empower you to tap into your innate wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate inner peace through a compassionate, client-centered approach.
