About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Talks with Sosa proudly presents its 2025 event—an empowering space where women’s stories, struggles, and strengths come together in the spirit of healing, truth-telling, and transformation.

This year’s theme, From Stigma to Support, invites us to challenge the silence that too often surrounds women’s mental health. Whether it’s navigating postpartum depression, menopause, immigration, or workplace inequity, we’re naming the realities women face—and claiming the strength it takes to thrive in spite of them.

Through heartfelt storytelling, expert-led and community-rooted conversations, we’ll explore how women can become powerful advocates for their mental health—moving from silence to strength with knowledge, support, and solidarity.

Attendees will also be treated to a captivating electric violin performance, adding a unique and inspiring artistic element to the experience.
