About this event
Palestinian writer, poet, journalist, and organizer Mohammed El-Kurd will be joining University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) from 7-9 PM on January 21st for a night of discussion surrounding his new book RIFQA as well as his ongoing work against the ethnic cleansing of his neighborhood Sheikh Jarrah and Palestinian liberation, along with resistance of the occupation. This will be a facilitated discussion led by SJP President Nadia Aruri, followed by live Q&A! This event is open only to University of Minnesota, Twin Cities students and faculty, with each ID including a +1 for attendance purposes.
