Through guided practices, personal reflection, and gentle support, you’ll discover how to shift from self-criticism to self-acceptance, replacing doubt and guilt with confidence and inner peace. You’ll leave each session with practical tools to manage stress, boost emotional well-being, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

Fausta Luchini — Life Coach & Self-Compassion Advocate

Fausta Luchini is a former psychotherapist turned dedicated life coach. With a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and years of experience, she helps individuals manage high stress and reconnect with their inner wisdom. She lives in Savannah, GA, in a multi-generational home filled with love and learning.
