About this event

Health • Mental health

As the year winds down, it is easy to feel pulled in many directions by deadlines, projects, and personal commitments. This workshop is designed to help you move from scattered to structured so you can engage with your academic work in a way that feels clear, steady, and doable.

Join us for a supportive and interactive 2.5-hour session where you will:

  • Learn our 4-step method for conscious, sustainable planning (They don’t teach this in grad school.)
  • Clarify what matters most in both your academic and personal life as the year concludes
  • Create a plan that is realistic, intentional, and tailored to the weeks ahead

We will walk you through each of the 4 steps

  1. Create a Life Inventory: Map out all the domains of your life so nothing gets overlooked.
  2. Clarify Your Priorities: Focus your energy on what matters most right now.
  3. Create a Conscious Plan: Build a flexible weekly plan that honors your capacity.
  4. Align Your Environment: Set up your physical, digital, and relational spaces to support your plan.

By the end of the session, you will leave with a customized plan and practical tools to help you work with more clarity, steadiness, and self trust through the final weeks of 2025.

Ideal for: Graduate students, post docs, faculty, researchers, and academic professionals at any stage of their journey.

All are welcome. No speaking or video participation required. Simply log in, settle in, and learn.
