At the meetup, we’ll delve into how transport protocols work, focusing on the evolution of HTTP from the version 1.0 to HTTP/3 and the key differences between synchronous and asynchronous communication. We’ll also speak about additional technologies like gRPC, WebSocket, and Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time updates, as well as such emulation techniques as polling, callbacks, and push notifications.
