About this event

Health • Mental health

This in-person workshop is for people who are tired of procrastinating — tired of the avoidance, the pressure, the constant inner dialogue about “getting it together.” You don’t need more shame or another color-coded plan you’ll abandon in a week. You need a new approach.

In this interactive session led by certified life coach Missy Hughes, you’ll:

  • Understand why you procrastinate (hint: it’s not a character flaw)
  • Learn what’s actually happening when you avoid, delay, or over-plan
  • Discover 3 core skills to move from stuck to steady

This is not about becoming superhuman or perfect. It’s about breaking patterns that keep you exhausted and stuck — and starting to lead your life from a place of clarity and compassion.

Whether your procrastination shows up as lateness, endless overthinking, or frozen inaction — this workshop will help you see yourself (and your to-do list) differently.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Practical tools to use immediately
  • A new understanding of your behavior
  • A shift in how you relate to your goals
