You bring the skills, we help you see the connections. This hands-on workshop is about turning what you already know into a clear pathway toward a career in clean energy.

In this hands on workshop you’ll practice real job-seeking skills, connect with mentors and training partners, and learn how to take concrete steps toward your future in clean energy.

Through guided activities, group discussions, and conversations with training providers and community partners, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and connections you need to move from planning to action.

At this workshop you will:

  • Finalize Your Pathway: Translate your career goals into a clear plan of action.
  • Access Resources: Meet training programs, community-based organizations, and coaches ready to support your next step.
  • Bridge the Gaps: Learn how to address doubts, identify resources, and see how your experience fits into clean energy roles.
  • Build Lasting Support: Connect with mentors and peers who will help you stay on track.
