About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Some of the world's most famous cheeses are made with sheep's milk, including Greek Feta, Spanish Manchegos, French Roquefort, and Italian Pecorinos! These cheesemaking traditions are some of the oldest as well as the most delicious.

Discover the extraordinary world of sheep's milk cheeses, from these iconic cheeses to lesser-known and modern examples. Jeremy will lead you through this sumptuous exploration, revealing how the lush pastures, seasonal grazing, and time-honored techniques create such distinctive, memorable flavors. You'll quickly understand why sheep's milk lends itself so well to such a diverse range of cheeses that are as complex as they are delicious.

These cheeses will be thoughtfully paired with both traditional and modern accompaniments that will highlight a range of approaches to making your own cheese plate.
