About Joanna Kaniewska
Joanna Kaniewska, is a PhD scientist turned entrepreneur, with over 15 years of international experience spanning academia, industry, and non profit sector, where she has gained extensive experience in research, clinical trials, science communication and organizational development. As the founder of T Shaped, she helps life science and biotech companies strengthen leadership, team dynamics, and team performance. She serves as Chair of Women in Bio Metro NY.
