Who is this event for?

This live call is designed for women in midlife (typically 40+) who are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or just feeling a little "meh." Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, you'll feel right at home here.

Do I have to be a Vibes Tribe member to attend?

Nope! Anyone can attend live. However, only Vibes Tribe members will get the Free Gift shipped to them.

What happens during the live call?

Each month’s call includes: • A short, guided grounding practice (like breathwork or affirmations) • A focused discussion on a midlife wellness topic • Simple tools you can use right away • A live Q&A and community connection time

What if I can’t attend live?

We will follow up with a summary so make sure we have a good email for you.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
