Absolutely nothing—this monthly live call is 100% free to attend. It’s our gift to you as part of our mission to support women in midlife with real tools, real talk, and real community. ?

Who is this event for?

This live call is designed for women in midlife (typically 40+) who are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, or just feeling a little "meh." Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, you'll feel right at home here.

Do I have to be a Vibes Tribe member to attend?

Nope! Anyone can attend live. However, only Vibes Tribe members will get the Free Gift shipped to them.

What happens during the live call?

Each month’s call includes: • A short, guided grounding practice (like breathwork or affirmations) • A focused discussion on a midlife wellness topic • Simple tools you can use right away • A live Q&A and community connection time • A surprise gift for live attendees

What if I can’t attend live?

We will follow up with a summary so make sure we have a good email for you, but we do not record the whole call to respect the privacy of members who want to share or be coached.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Just come as you are! If possible, join from a quiet space with a notebook, a comfy seat, and maybe a candle or tea to set the mood.

How long is the session?

We keep it short and sweet—about 45 minutes. Enough to shift your energy without taking over your day.
