Legendary Aniruddha Gadankush

Streamed Live on Zoom from Pune, India

+ Optional In-Person Gathering in Columbia, MD

🎥 Recording included with any donation based registration

If you’ve ever heard me speak about Nonviolent Communication (NVC), you’ve probably heard the story that changed my life: a cassette titled “NVC and Buddhism.” In it, Aniruddha shares a time when he was held up in the UK—and how he responded not with fear or anger, but with radical compassion. His calm, heartfelt response completely disarmed the assailant, and he walked away physically unharmed and spiritually stronger. I remember thinking, “I want what he has.”

🌍 This seminar is a fundraiser—and 100% of all proceeds will support Aniruddha’s vital work in Pune, India.

Aniruddha works closely with the Dalit (formerly “Untouchable”) communities of India —those who have for generations lived on the margins of Indian society, denied their basic dignity, voice, and access to resources. His mission is clear and powerful: “To give voice to the voiceless.”

Through Nonviolent Communication, he offers not just workshops—but a way back to self-respect, inner strength, and community healing. Nearly all his trainings are offered free of charge to these communities, many of whom live day-to-day on the edge of survival.

Your presence and support by registering for this seminar will not only enrich your own journey—it will directly uplift those who have been silenced for far too long.

We are grateful beyond words that Aniruddha has agreed to share his heart, wisdom, and lived experiences with us.

🧡 Come learn. Come heal. Come be part of a global ripple of change.

More Information

This event occurs monthly on a Sunday to support Nonviolent communication (NVC) understanding and practice.

We welcome new participants at any level. It’s fun when a ‘newbie’ comes and we, ‘newbies’ not so long ago, suddenly see that we’ve learned something important we can pass on, at the same time deepening our understanding of new concepts. If you're already skilled in NVC, we would enjoy sharing support and companionship.

$$ info: The requested fee is $20-$50 per person. Please don't let the cost keep you from coming. Sustainability is important to us but contribution even more so, which we can't do unless you show up! For more information call Barbra at 410 499 1986 or email (deleting spaces): Qi of NVC @gmail.com

Bio - AniruddhaLeadership Coach | Nonviolent Communication Expert | Heart-Centered Transformation Mentor

Aniruddha is one of India’s first Certified Trainers in Nonviolent Communication from India, receiving his certification in 2004 from Marshall Rosenberg and the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), USA. Over the past two decades, he has been a passionate advocate for heart-centered communication, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership—offering powerful tools for inner and outer change.

Currently working as a freelance Independent Trainer, Aniruddha facilitates NVC-based leadership programs and heart-centered communication trainings for individuals, organizations, and communities across the globe.

His professional journey began in the public sector as a Director with the Ministry of Rural Development & Agriculture, before transitioning into corporate leadership where he headed Marketing & Advertising for a leading media house. In pursuit of deeper human transformation, he immersed himself in advanced training across the UK, Germany, Denmark, and the USA—working closely with Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, the founder of NVC. He has co-led multiple International Intensive Trainings (IITs) with Dr. Rosenberg, and continues to deliver high-impact programs worldwide.

Aniruddha’s work is rooted in the belief that compassionate communication is key to both personal fulfillment and social transformation. He serves as a trusted coach and mentor to CEOs and senior leaders in multinational corporations, helping them cultivate authenticity, resilience, and connection. His Version 2 coaching framework supports professionals in evolving into their highest potential through deep self-awareness and conscious action.

Equally committed to social justice, Aniruddha actively partners with Dalit communities (formerly known as 'untouchables'), NGOs, youth groups, spiritual centers, and correctional institutions. His mission is to “give voice to the voiceless” and empower marginalized communities with tools for dignity, clarity, and self-expression.

With an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (Class of 1989), and over three decades of cross-sectoral experience, Aniruddha has trained more than 200,000 individuals in India and globally. His unique blend of mindfulness, NVC, and leadership coaching continues to inspire leaders, changemakers, and everyday individuals to live and lead from the heart.
