Where are you located?

We are at 100 Madison St, Syracuse, NY 13202. This is the Equitable Towers, formerly known as the AXA Towers, and before that the Mony Towers. We are in the lobby on the first floor, between the two towers. We are across the hall from Money Federal Credit Union.

Is there parking available?

There are parking garages and street parking available. Unfortunately, there is no free parking and no WISE-designated parking available.

Where can I find parking garages?

We recommend checking out parking lot and garage options on the Downtown Syracuse website: https://downtownsyracuse.com/get-around-park/parking .

How can I pay for street parking?

For street parking, we recommend downloading the Flowbird parking app beforehand. Keep your license plate number handy when setting up your Flowbird account. https://flowbirdapp.com/

Is the building wheelchair and mobility aid accessible?

Yes! The construction going on in our building, and next door at the Tech Garden can make it trickier to find the ramp into the building. The ramp is located on Madison Street, closer to Warren St than Montgomery St.
