Strengthen your project's foundation with Zahra Miller, a results-oriented MEL specialist, through this workshop facilitated by the Council of Voluntary Social Services in partnership with the European Union under the transformative AIM project. Miller brings over 10 years of combined experience in research, program evaluation, and data management as Managing Partner of EvaluCore and a certified member of Caribbean Evaluators International.

As the EU programme manager Vanna Lawrence has emphasized, the European Union recognizes CSOs as development partners and believes in their capacity to contribute to democratic processes and social cohesion. This workshop aligns with the EU's strategic investment in strengthening civil society capacity through the 13th European Development Fund, administered by CVSS as the coordinating body for Jamaica's civil society sector.

Miller's background includes senior-level experience at Jamaica's Ministry of Health, where she served as Director of the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, providing her with deep understanding of both public sector accountability and development program requirements. Through CVSS's facilitation and EU funding support, this workshop leverages Miller's specialized knowledge in creating robust logical frameworks that satisfy donor requirements while serving as practical management tools for organizations. The training directly supports CVSS Executive Director Nancy Pinchas's emphasis on data collection importance in demonstrating civil society impact to government and stakeholders.
