Faye McCray is a business strategist, attorney, and communications expert who helps organizations craft compelling narratives and build authentic brands.
As the Founder & CEO of Culture and Quill, Faye brings nearly two decades of experience across law, media, and communications — including roles with the Social Security Administration, Well+Good, Livestrong, and Psych Central.
She has appeared on Fox News, NBC News, and Good Day DC, and spoken at TEDx, SXSW, and Ad Week on storytelling, leadership, and brand strategy. Faye holds degrees from Howard University School of Law and Johns Hopkins University, and is a proud wife and mom of three.
