This is Oklahoma's Premier Recycling Conference. Experts will present information on new initiatives and successful programs. This conference provides a forum to exchange ideas and network with professionals.

Keynote Speaker: Chopped Champion Executive Chef Zach Hutton

Zach Hutton will be sharing his experience on the Food Network's Show Chopped and talk about zero waste cooking. Hutton, who grew up in Oklahoma uses leftovers and scraps to cook sustainably.

A Cookout and Corn Hole tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 7th. This is an opportunity to meet conference attendees, speakers, sponsors and venders. This will take place at the Buckhorn Pavillion at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. This event is free, but we ask that you sign up for a ticket so we will know how much food to prepare. Chappell Supply & Equipment is sponsoring the cookout and will be smoking meat. ( Vegetarian options will be available through registration.) Sides and desserts will be provided by RamblingWood Consulting. BYOB - Bring your own beverage if you want something other than water, iced tea, or lemonade.

Registration and sign in for the Corn Hole tournament is at 4:30 p.m. The tournament will start at 5:00 p.m. Please sign up in advance with your registration.

Conference Lodging is at the Artesian Hotel, Casino & Spa:

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference rate of $110.00 (This does not include tax.) There are only 65 rooms available for the conference - so book your room today! The overflow lodging will be at the Chickasaw Retreat and Conference Center for the same rate.
