Not at all! We’ll guide you step-by-step in setting up your system. If you can use basic apps or email, you’ll do great.

Do I need to have Todoist installed before the workshop?

It’s helpful if you download the free version of Todoist ahead of time, but we’ll also walk you through setup at the beginning if you haven’t done it yet.

Is Todoist required, or can I use a different tool?

We’ll be demonstrating using Todoist, but the system we teach works well with most task management apps—especially those that offer a Kanban or board view.
