Kristie Narvaez is a VP, Business Community Officer at Bank of America, committed to empowering entrepreneurs across South Texas. She partners with local organizations to provide impactful business resources, access to capital, and financial education workshops designed to help businesses grow and thrive.
Originally from Laredo, TX, Kristie brings over 13 years of experience in business banking and commercial lending. She began her career with Bank of America in 2013 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Texas A&M International University.
Marie Cruz Metzger Bio:
Marie Cruz Metzger is President of Cruz Metzger Consulting LLC and a retired Vice President of BASF Corporation, where she served from 1981 to 2020. She brings decades of leadership experience in manufacturing, capital investments, and procurement. She led Operational Excellence for North America, supporting over 100+ sites and driving strategic initiatives globally. Marie held technical and commercial roles across North America and Asia Pacific, including five years in Shanghai overseeing multibillion-euro chemical facility investments.
In 2023 Marie was recognized as the SBA, SCORE San Antonio Volunteer of the year. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary.
