Welcome to Frills, Fusion, and Funk: Celebrating 30 Years of the Ivy Community Center, Inc.! Join us on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park as we celebrate three decades of serving the Durham community. Get ready for a day filled with fun, food, and festivities as we look back on our journey and anticipate the future with excitement because of YOU! From hilarious comedy and live music to delicious cuisine, we are certain there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Come and share this special milestone celebration with us!
During the afternoon, you can expect to:
- Mix and mingle in a high energy atmosphere
- Celebrate the amazing trailblazers of the Ivy Community Center, Inc.
- Get your laugh on with comedian Debra Terry Stephens
- Enjoy a scrumptious brunch buffet
- Participate in a silent auction and 50/50 raffle
- Listen to the live and smooth soul, R&B, funk and jazz sounds of Sweet Dreams, and
- Dance the afternoon away with music provided by DJ TKO
...all while raising funds for scholastic and philanthropic programs of the Ivy Community Center, Inc.
The pre-function area opens at 12:15 p.m., and the doors to the ballroom open at 12:30 p.m. The event begins at 1:00 p.m.
Plan to dress to impress, but your Sunday best is not required. We want you to be stylish, yet comfortable, as we celebrate and come together in support of a shared goal to strengthen and support the Durham community.
Individual tickets are $100 and reserved tables of eight(8) are $1,000.
