Each posture is connected to the breath, encouraging you to move with clarity, presence, and ease.
The atmosphere will be beautifully held by Hollie Halo, weaving a chilled melodic and Afro house DJ set with subtle healing frequencies—creating a soundscape that supports both deep focus and soulful release.
