Your workshop presenter: Jen Mayotte (they/them) is a queer, trans, 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga teacher and facilitator born from a lineage of artists, educators, abolitionists, and culture-shaping women. Jen hopes to carry on their artistry by offering teachings that are awake, aware and rooted in remembering our connections to our lineages, to the elements, the universe, and to one another.Jen has been facilitating breathwork, somatic nervous system regulation, yoga asana classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings for over ten years in the greater Baltimore area. You can find Jen hanging out with dogs in the woods most days.
