Is this a chill session or is there "work" involved?

It's chill. There are some experiential exercises prepared for you, but it's entirely up to you to participate. I mean, what am I going to do? Force you to do it? Heh. There are just 2 introductory activities to show you that you can tell visual stories.

Am I going to learn anything, or is this one of those product pitches disguised as a workshop?
