As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, my mission is to help people get to the root of their health issues before illness takes over. My passion for wellness began in childhood, growing up in my dad’s gyms, and deepened when I helped him through his battle with cancer using integrative and functional therapies. Though we lost him, that experience became my purpose: to help others heal proactively, using a whole-body approach that includes nutrition, lifestyle, stress reduction, and advanced functional testing.
