How much does this Homebuyer Workshop cost?

All of the services Operation HOPE offers are FREE of cost to you. We don't charge any fees.

Question 2

There are no tickets available because the event is showing "Sold Out". What can I do?

In the event that the workshop is not available because it's "Sold Out", simply contact the instructor directly for manual registration. Include your FIRST and LAST name plus email and send it to humberto.saenz@operationhope.org.

Question 3

Does the Certificate expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The certificate is good for 12 months. If you have an expired certificate, you will just need to take the workshops again.

Question 4

Do I have to take the workshops in order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can take the workshops in the order you'd like.

Question 5

Is there a fee for the HUD certificate once I have completed Homebuyer Education?

Accepted Answer

There are no fees for the certificate.

Question 6

I have bad credit & don't think I will be able to afford a home. Why should I attend this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Even if you have a low credit score or don't think you can afford a home right now, it's always a good time to learn. The workshops will give you an idea on what to expect but the one-on-one counseling sessions will help prepare you. So even if you're not ready today, we can help.
