About the session
Kundalini Meditation, created by Osho, is a powerful evening practice to release the day’s tension and open up inner stillness. It’s a dynamic form of meditation that uses movement, shaking, dance, and silent awareness to awaken your natural energy flow your “Kundalini.”
This isn’t about controlling the mind it’s about letting go, so the body becomes light, and silence arises on its own.
The meditation unfolds in four stages (1 hour total)

Who can join:
Absolutely anyone no prior meditation or yoga experience needed. Just bring an open mind and willingness to move.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes you can move in
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat or light shawl for the final stage
