FREE STEP CLASS AT FABLETICS
All Aboard is a high-energy, full-body step aerobics workout!
We’ll kick things off with a fun, follow-along routine to get your heart pumping.
Then we’ll slow it down to learn a combination of steps, break them down, and build them up together. After that, we’ll put it all to music with 2–3 upbeat tracks!
To finish strong, we’ll hit the floor for a focused ab routine.
