What to Expect: The Vibe

This isn’t a stiff, formal ballroom lesson—it’s a high-energy, social experience. We focus on the basics of footwork, rhythm, and connection in a way that feels natural and fun.

• Warm-up: We start with a solo footwork "shines" session to get your heart rate up and find the beat.
• The Basics: You’ll learn the core Salsa steps (the "Basic," "Side Step," and "Right Turn").
• Partnering: We’ll pair everyone up to practice leading and following. We rotate frequently, so you'll get to dance with different people and make new friends!

• Skill Level: Open to all. Whether you have zero experience or just want to polish your fundamentals, this class is for you.
• No Partner Needed: Most people come solo! It’s a great way to meet the Minneapolis dance community.
