Simply scroll to the top of this event page and click the red "Select tickets" button, then click "Get tickets". From there you can choose your appointment time and complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once you are all booked in.
No. Each person is eligible for only one free restring on one guitar. This gives everyone a fair chance to participate. Multiple bookings by the same person will result in all their bookings being canceled.
Usually 15 to 20 minutes. During this time you are welcome to chat to the guitar tech (if time and space permits) or enjoy browsing our huge range of gear in-store.
Yes, however there is an option to opt out once registered during the completion of the event information form. If you wish to not receive marketing material in the future, please ensure you select the option to opt out upon booking your ticket.
It's best to arrive at least 5 minutes early. However, if you are running late, please call the store to advise. We will do our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee.
Yes, there's a waitlist. Once all time slots are full you can add your details to the waitlist and we will let you know if we have a cancellation.
The Free Restring Day focuses on restringing, but we may perform basic adjustments based on inspection, including fretboard cleaning, truss rod adjustments (minor tweaks), and bridge height adjustments. It doesn't include a full setup.
This offer is exclusively for GHS Strings purchased on the day for the restring, so other brands or personal sets won’t qualify.
