The yoga nap you didn’t know you needed. A deeply relaxing class using cozy props to fully support the body in gentle poses. With long holds and guided breath, this practice activates the body’s relaxation response, reduces stress, and restores balance. Ideal for recovery, stress relief, and deep rest. This class is pure yoga comfort food.
What to wear: We suggest comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Restorative is a very slow paced class, so layers are often a good idea. Most students wear leggings or yoga pants with a tank top or fitted tee and also bring a light and loose sweatshirt. Class is practiced barefoot.
What to bring: A yoga mat, a sweat towel and a water bottle. We have mats and sweat towels for rent, water for purchase, and a water fountain to fill up your bottle. We will have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.).
