What This Is:
This gentle and empowering 120-minute session is designed to help you rewrite your trauma scripts and begin reclaiming your voice and narrative — one journal prompt at a time. Through a blend of journaling and meditation, we’ll meet the parts of ourselves that still carry old wounds, and begin to write a new story.
How it Works:
First, Chandrika - Childhood Trauma Healer will guide you through a short intention focused meditation/breathwork exercise to get you settled in. Then deliver 14-20 Journaling prompts, one at a time, and you'll have three minutes to respond to each.
What You'll Need:
To join us, all you need is
- Access to Zoom or Google Meet
- A pen and paper (or journal)
- This is going to be 2hr long so get comfortably seated
- An open mind and a self-compassionate heart
There’s no need to share what you’ve written or to turn your video on! This is a safe space where we come together to be alone with our thoughts.
