What: This signature low-intensity yoga class is designed to restore, balance, and gently detoxify your body and mind. With a focus on mindful movement and connected breath, you'll ease through supportive postures that promote deep relaxation and inner calm. Set to a soothing playlist, this class offers a grounding experience to help you reset and recharge. An optional 10-minute guided meditation will be offered at the end to further quiet the mind and deepen your practice
