Is there a minimum age to attend?

Participants 14 years and older are welcome to attend and participants who are13 year olds are welcome with a parent present.

Is this class beginner friendly?

Yes it is! This class is perfect for all fitness levels, whether it’s your first Zumba class or your 50th. The instructor offers easy-to-follow moves and you are welcome to watch.

Where exactly is the class held?

The class takes place inside the main group fitness studio at LA Fitness Atlantic Beach (985 Atlantic Blvd, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233). Staff at the front desk can direct you when you arrive.

Do I need to be a member to attend?
