Jules F. Knapp Entrepreneurship Center at Illinois Tech presents the 2017 Chicago Innovation Challenge sponsored by The Fogelson Family Foundation, which is the lead non-Illinois Tech Sponsor, as well as the Coleman Foundation, and the mHub co-working space, Chicago's premier innovation center focused on physical product development and manufacturing.
The Chicago Innovation Challenge focuses on new innovative ideas/applications/physical things to demonstrate creativity and inventiveness to solve real world problems. The competition has three categories: IIT current students, students currently enrolled at Chicago wide universities/colleges and high school students at CPS, Chicago charter or selective schools. The winners receive Cash Prizes and Free Rent at Chicago the foremost maker's hub.
