My name is Coach Perry Worthey, a NASM-certified personal trainer. For over 4 years now, I have been helping people just like you achieve a healthier, fitter lifestyle (ALL THROUGH A JUMPROPE!) The best part (besides you trying it out for free) is that you can join the class from wherever you are. You just need to show up!

This 45-minute free class combines simple jump rope exercises and intentional stretching to help you feel better in your body. However, the transformation goes deeper than. You'll connect to yourself in a way you've never thought possible. Unlock years of pure joy and fun that have been repressed by the challenges of life.
