We break down the movements and ease you into the workout! You'll dance to great music, strength train, laugh and have fun in our welcoming and non-judgmental space.

No dance experience needed, open to all levels. Equipment used in class will be provided. Bring some water!

About the owner/instructor:

My name is Michelle, and I have been teaching Jazzercise for 10 years. I am fairly new to Orange County and would love to have the chance to meet you and workout together. I love Jazzercise and truly believe this is a fantastic all around full body workout. If you are looking for a workout that helps you physcially and mentally this is for you.
