STO Fitness League was founded by dancer, American Ninja Warrior, and national motivational keynote speaker, Christina Martin, as a way to improve health outcomes and resources for people with diabetes. The organization specializes in supporting individuals with type 1, type 2, gestational, and pre-diabetes. STO Fitness League provides customized, community-centered, inclusive remote personal training to adults in the United States. Members also work round-table with a licensed dietitian, diabetes educator, and therapist as needed.
