Esther Wise CDC Hosts First Annual “Raise the Roof” Hurricane Preparedness Event in Winter Park
Winter Park, FL – The Esther Wise Community Development Corporation (EWCDC) is proud to announce its First Annual Hurricane Preparedness Initiative, Raise the Roof: Covering the Community, taking place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Winter Park Event Center (1050 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789).
This free, family-friendly event is designed to equip residents with the tips, tools, and resources needed to prepare for hurricane season. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from local experts, connect with their community, and leave with actionable knowledge to keep their families and homes safe during severe weather.
