My name is Makossi and I am a yoga instructor who specializes in classical yoga. I have experience teaching at "Sivananda LA yoga center", please feel FREE to contact them for reference. I am now accepting NEW PRIVATE CLIENTS . This is a classical yoga style class, we focus more on relaxation and breath. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE to join. The goal is to learn how to be more flexible and control the breath, then relaxing the body and mind . I can't wait to see you. The first class is FREE. The first class is FREE.
