Join Charlie for a grounding Flow + Restore class that blends a gentle Hatha-inspired flow with an extended restorative practice to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
The first half of class offers mindful, breath-led movement to open the body, build steady strength, and reduce stress. The second half melts into restorative poses supported by props—inviting deep rest, stillness, and full-body relaxation.
This class is perfect for anyone craving a slow, intentional practice that balances movement and stillness, strength and surrender, energy and calm. No experience needed.
