Do I need to know how to dance?

There are no steps to learn or choreography. This is free flow meditative and liberating movement through listening to the music and how your body wants to move to it.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. We'll dance barefoot. Bring a water bottle and a small towel for sweat.
