Free Fertility Testing Event with Dr. Shahin Ghadir

Parking:

• Off-street metered parking is available.
• If you arrive after 6:00 PM, you may park in the 1st-floor parking lot of our building.

AMH Testing Process:

• Upon arrival, you’ll check in. After completing your paperwork, you’ll proceed for your blood draw.
• Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The testing will occur from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• There will be an opportunity to stay for the presentation and participate in the Q&A session.

Results:
You will receive your AMH test results by phone within 1 week of the event.

Agenda:

• 5:45 – 6:00 PM: Check-in
• 6:15 PM: Presentation begins
• 6:45 PM: Presentation concludes
• 6:45 – 7:15 PM: Q&A session
• 7:15 – 8:00 PM: Event conclusion
