Free Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance Class: Texas Homebuyer Program

Come join us for an informative session on The Texas Homebuyer Program! It is a TDHCA program dedicated to providing funds for down payment and closing cost assistance, or a lower interest rate for those who don't need financial assistance. It's for Texas homebuyers only with flexible options. 2-5% OF THE MORTGAGE LOAN IS AVAILABLE IN ASSISTANCE. THAT IS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. ONE DPA PROGRAM IS A FORGIVEABLE LOAN TOO! I’ll also briefly explain down payment assistance programs (DPA) in general in our area.

We’ll also play a real estate trivia game at the end with small prizes. First Place winner receives a $500 cash credit and Second Place winner $250 cash credit to be applied/received at a home closing with Paul Juarez.
