Jazzercise is dance based cardio and strength training to top hit music led by a certified instructor.
Get ready to leave this class feeling stronger, happier, and energized!

Open to all levels! No dance experience needed. Low impact modifications will be shown.

Equipment for class will be provided. Wear activewear and bring some water. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in.

About the owner/instructor:

My name is Michelle, and I have been teaching Jazzercise for 10 years. I am fairly new to Orange County and would love to have the chance to meet you and workout together. I love Jazzercise and truly beleive this is a fantastic all around full body workout. If you are looking for a workout that helps you physcially and mentally this is for you.
