By registering, paying for, or attending any haircutting class, workshop, or educational event (the “Class”) offered by Stand Tall Barbering Company (the “Barbershop”), you (the “Attendee”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Class involves the use of sharp instruments (including clippers, shears, straight razors, and other barbering tools), electrical equipment, chemicals, and other potentially hazardous activities. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss—whether to my person, property, or otherwise—that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, slips, falls, or equipment malfunction.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Class, I hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Stand Tall Barbering Company, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, landlords, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me or my property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by me, anyone on my behalf, or any third party arising from or connected to my participation in the Class.

4. Health and Capability
I represent that I am in good physical and mental health and have no condition that would prevent safe participation. I will immediately notify the instructor of any concerns and will follow all safety instructions provided.

5. Photo/Video Release
I grant the Barbershop permission to photograph, film, or record me during the Class and to use such images or recordings for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without further compensation or approval.

6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state/province where Stand Tall Barbering Company is located, and any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

By completing registration, making payment, or attending the Class, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms above. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
