Join Rogers Behavioral Health for a transformative series of free, monthly Life Skills Workshops designed to empower adults with the essential tools needed for emotional health, resilience, and success in everyday living. Each workshop features dynamic presentations and engaging group activities, creating a welcoming space where participants can connect, share, and build skills that truly matter in today’s world.
Held every 2nd Thursday of the month from 6:00–7:30 PM at The Manitowoc Public Library, these workshops cover timely topics such as emotional resets, healthy relationships, confident communication, stress and anxiety management, and building resilience. Whether you’re looking to start your year strong, strengthen your relationships, conquer stress, or protect your mind in the digital age, you’ll leave each session with actionable insights and renewed motivation.
These educational workshops are open to everyone and provide valuable life skills in a supportive, non-clinical environment. Registration is encouraged— the first 15 people to register for each session receive a Rogers Behavioral Health swag item. Come thrive with us and take the next step toward your best self.
